A method for detecting at least one antibody directed against at least one primate immunodeficiency virus in a biological sample that includes contacting a biological sample with (i) at least one detection multiple antigenic peptide comprising a portion of an immunodominant region of a transmembrane protein of a primate immunodeficiency virus and (ii) at least one differentiation multiple antigenic peptide comprising a portion of a V3-loop of an envelope protein of a primate immunodeficiency virus. Also disclosed is an enzyme immunoassay that includes a first substrate to which are bound at least one of the detection multiple antigenic peptides and a second substrate to which are bound at least one of the differentiation multiple antigenic peptides.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter au moins un anticorps dirigé contre au moins un virus d'immunodéficience de primate dans un échantillon biologique. Ce procédé comporte l'étape consistant à mettre un échantillon biologique en contact avec (i) au moins un peptide antigénique multiple de détection qui comprend une partie d'une région immunodominante d'une protéine transmembranaire d'un virus d'immunodéficience de primate et (ii) au moins un peptide antigénique multiple de différenciation comprenant une partie d'une boucle V3 d'une protéine enveloppe d'un virus d'immunodéficience de primate. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un dosage immunoenzymatique qui fait appel à un premier substrat sur lequel est fixé au moins un desdits peptides antigéniques multiples de détection, ainsi qu'à un deuxième substrat sur lequel est fixé au moins un desdits peptides antigéniques multiples de différenciation.
