Abstract of the Disclosure A system for generating multicolor light images from a laser beam is disclosed. An arrangement prism produces several different color collimated light beams from the laser beam. Each different color light beam is directed at a different set of x-y axis moveable mirrors. Each set of x-y axis moveable mirrors is moved in a predetermined manner to cause the light beam reflected therefrom to describe a desired image. The different color collimated light beams are moved by a beam torquer device so as to cause interception and direction of at least one of the different color beams to a respective one of the x-y moveable mirrors which is different from the x-y moveable mirror-which would receive that particular color beam when the different color beams were stationary. This permits images of multiple colors to be achieved.
