The present invention is directed to a multiple component modular cooler-seat storage transporting device. The device has a plurality of modular units, each of the modular units being adapted to nest with one another. Each unit has a main hollow housing having a top, a bottom, sidewalls, a front, with inner walls and outer walls and heat insulation therebetween. The housing has on its top, one of a male and female interlocking nesting structure, and on its bottom, the other of said interlocking nesting structure. The front is open and has a hinged door thereon, and the housing contains a plurality of horizontal drawer supports with a plurality of drawers located inside. There is a seat area located on the top of the housing and at least one handle on the housing for manually carrying same. The invention also includes the individual modular unit components.
