A spray tip for discharging a controlled liquid spray distribution is provided. The spray tip includes a spray tip body having an inlet end for connection to a pressurized liquid supply. The spray tip body includes a first fluid chamber having a first longitudinal axis and a second fluid chamber in fluid communication with the first fluid chamber and having a second longitudinal axis that extends transversely relative to the first longitudinal axis. A pair of discharge orifices are formed in the spray tip body. Each discharge orifice has a downstream side with a deflector surface for directing liquid discharging from the chamber. Each discharge orifice intersects the second fluid chamber adjacent a respective end thereof so as to define a pocket extending downstream of the deflector surface.
L'invention porte sur un embout de pulvérisation destiné à évacuer une distribution de liquide par pulvérisation régulée. L'embout de pulvérisation comprend un corps pourvu d'une extrémité d'admission se raccordant à une alimentation de liquide sous pression. Le corps de l'embout de pulvérisation comprend une première chambre pour le fluide pourvue d'un premier axe longitudinal et une seconde chambre pour le fluide en communication fluidique avec la première chambre et possédant un second axe longitudinal qui s'étend transversalement par rapport au premier axe longitudinal. Une paire d'orifices d'évacuation est formée dans le corps de l'embout de pulvérisation. Chaque orifice d'évacuation à un côté aval pourvu d'une surface de déviation pour diriger le liquide et s'évacuant de la chambre. Chaque orifice d'évacuation se croise avec la seconde chambre de fluide adjacente à une extrémité de celui-ci de façon à former une poche s'étendant en aval de la surface de déviation.
