ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A floor-supported multiple exercise device having an adjustable bench assembly and a user-engageable pulley system. The adjustable bench assembly is pivotable between a first raised position, a second, lowered position proximate its base, and a third declined position. The pulley system allows the resistance to be moved directly or indirectly. When moved indirectly, the pulley system employs a traveling pulley assembly.
