A re-usable hygienic bed product which is lenient to persons lying in bed, which is formed for protecting a mattress (7) and a bed against leakage, and to facilitate the caring of a person lying in bed, which can easily be washed and drip dried or tumble dried, and which is a combination in the form of an inert, re-usable integral product comprising an absorbing object (1), a sliding material layer (6), a pulling sheet (8), and a moisture blocking layer (5), in which the absorbing product (1) comprises a highly soaking, inert fibrous material which all around or at least at the upper surface and the bottom surface is directly integral with a soft fabric, and in which the absorbing object (1) at two opposite edges is formed with projecting pulling sheet parts (8) formed as wings extending transversally from the longitudinal edges of the bed at each side of the absorbing object (1a) and arranged to be used as a pulling sheet for turning a patient, and to thereafter be folded in under the mattress (7) of the bed, and in which the sliding material layer (6) at the bottom surface of the product is a semi-smooth or smooth material which facilitates a pulling of the entire hygienic bed product with the patient to any side of the bed, and in which a moisture blocking layer (5) is provided between the bottom surface of the absorbing object (1) and the sliding material layer (6), which layer is of a liquid tight material that prevents liquid from penetrating down to the sliding material layer.
L'invention porte sur un article hygiénique réutilisable adapté à des personnes alitées et conçu pour protéger le matelas (7) et le lit des fluides biologiques et pour faciliter les soins à donner aux personnes alitées. Cet article se lave facilement et peut être séché sur cintre ou en machine et est une combinaison d'éléments se présentant sous forme d'un article intégral, réutilisable, inerte comprenant une structure (1) absorbante, une couche (6) de matériau glissant, une feuille (8) de retrait et une couche (5) arrêtant l'humidité. La structure (1) absorbante comprend une matière fibreuse inerte, ayant subi un trempage et qui est directement intégrée, tout autour ou au moins au niveau de la surface supérieure et de la surface inférieure, à un tissu souple. Cette structure (1) absorbante est formée, au niveau de deux bords opposés, de parties (8) de retrait saillantes telles que des rabats s'étendant transversalement depuis les bords longitudinaux du lit de chaque côté de la partie (1a) absorbante et disposée de façon à être utilisée comme feuille de retrait pour tourner le patient et pour être ensuite repliée sous le matelas (7). La couche (6) de matière glissante, au niveau de la surface inférieure de l'article, est une matière lisse oui semi-lisse qui facilite le retrait de l'alèse complète, le patient se trouvant d'un côté ou de l'autre du lit. La couche (5) arrêtant l'humidité est placée entre la surface inférieure de la structure (1) absorbante et la couche (6) de matière glissante, cette dernière étant constituée d'un matériau étanche au liquide qui empêche le liquide de s'infiltrer dans la couche de matière glissante.
