41PR-6050 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE MULTIPLE METERING PANELBOARD ASSEMBLY The assembly includes plural meter sections, each comprising a meter socket base and an L-shaped circuit breaker base mounted within an enclosure in overlying relation with an array of busbar.. A removable L-shaped barrier cooperates with the enclosure and the breaker base to isolate the meter socket from the remainder of the enclosure interior. Front removable jaws are accommodated by the socket base and supported against meter insertion forces by rigid straps respectively electrically connecting them to the underlying busbars and to circuit breaker line stabs mounted by the breaker base. The jaws are equipped with formed springs serving to provide requisite contact pressure and to guide the meter stabs into proper engagement.
