Communication system for organizations whose communications are supplied by a private international network (1) and by at least one other network (7 or 8), which allows the user of a mobile radio terminal (5) to preempt establishment of communications by the private network, from a node (2) of that network which it accesses from a base station of a radio network (7). Each mobile radio terminal of the system includes means (12) of combining a code for the country where it is located, received from a base station with indication of the node identification it stores and to ensure calls are numbered with an identification code for a node and a terminal calling code. The nodes of the private network have the means (0) of placing calls to a terminal from the calling code of that terminal arrived at the node with an identification code of that node.
