An antenna array is disclosed wherein radiators are parasitically coupled to each other, forming an efficient feed network. Parasitic coupling of patches is arranged so that some patches are fed by a plurality of other patches which are parasitically coupled thereto. The reulting array is low profile and high gain. By positioning patches on different layers with different dimensions, a broadband design for the antenna array is achieved.
La présente invention concerne un réseau d'antennes dans lequel les radiateurs sont en couplage parasite l'un à l'autre, formant un réseau d'alimentation efficace. Le couplage parasite des plaques est effectué de sorte que certaines plaques sont alimentées par une pluralité d'autres plaques qui y sont en couplage parasite. Le réseau ainsi obtenu présente un profil bas et un gain élevé. En plaçant les plaques sur des couches de différentes dimensions, on obtient une structure à bande large pour le réseau d'antennes.
