ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE MULTIPLE SPRAY PATTERN NOZZLE ASSEMBLY A spray nozzle assembly includes a coupler that directs a liquid flow into the assembly; a barrel that rotates within a sleeve in the coupler so that each of multiple channels can be sequentially directed into the liquid flow; a hard plate mounted to the end of the barrel having a separate, small cross-sectional aperture for each of multiple of the channels to produce high- pressure spray patterns, the hardness of the plate allowing the small apertures to be stamped to close tolerances and to be resistant to deformation should a user try to unclog the nozzle with an object such as a paperclip or knife; and a cap that secures the plate to the barrel, has a sidewall that protects against debris becoming lodged between the plate and the barrel, and has a large cross-sectional aperture for another barrel channel, to allow production of a low-pressure spray pattern.
