MULTIPLE FUNCTION INSULATING WINDOW CURTAIN ASSEMBLY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An insulating window curtain assembly for use with a window frame supporting a window in an outside window wall. The assembly includes a vertically extending window frame side board plate mounted in sealing relationship with each of the side boards of the window frame. Three horizontal curtain rollers are rotatably mounted with respect to the window frame side boards at the top of the window frame, and an endless double layer curtain is fastened to each roller. A baton is situated at the lower looped integral end of each double layer curtain and a pair of horizontally extending curtain spacer fingers are situated between the layers of each of the curtains. The curtain spacer fingers and batons of each of each curtain separate each of the curtain layers from each other and position them in parallel vertical planes so they will be sealed by vertical seal panels which extend removably outwardly from each of the seal assembly frames.
