The invention relates to methods for the multiplication of viruses in a cell culture. According to the inventive methods, cells are infected with a virus, said cells being then cultivated in a cell culture, following the infection, under conditions which simultaneously enable multiplication of the viruses, and further targeted, at least two-fold multiplication of the cells. The invention also relates to the use of the viruses thus obtained or the proteins expressed by the same, for producing pharmaceuticals and diagnostic agents.

L'invention concerne des procédés pour multiplier des virus dans une culture cellulaire, selon lesquels un virus est inoculé à des cellules qui, après inoculation, sont mises dans une culture cellulaire, dans des conditions qui permettent simultanément aux virus de se multiplier et aux cellules de multiplier leur nombre au moins par deux. La présente invention porte également sur l'utilisation des virus ainsi obtenus ou des protéines exprimées par ceux-ci pour la production de médicaments ou d'agents de diagnostic.
