The multipurpose head forming and finishing apparatus includes a support frame (3) forming, on a horizontal plane, a kind of arc endowed with a pair of arms (3a, 3b) symmetrical with respect to a median vertical plane. The frame (3) has a clamp (4), operated in a horizontal direction, for gripping a pipe (2) in proximity of a head (2a) to work; the clamp (4) includes a stationary jaw (5) and a mobile jaw (6), connected respectively to said arms (3a, 3b) of the support frame (3) and closable on the median symmetry plane. A tool (26) is operated in a direction axial with respect to the pipe (2) held by the clamp (4).
Cette invention concerne un appareil multi-usages de formation et de finition d'embouts, lequel appareil comprend un cadre de support (3) formant, sur un plan horizontal, une sorte d'arc doté de deux bras (3a, 3b) symétriques par rapport à un plan vertical médian. Le cadre (3) comporte une pince (4) pouvant être actionnée horizontalement, et destinée à agripper un tuyau (2) à proximité d'un embout (2a) à travailler. La pince (4) comprend une mâchoire stationnaire (5) et une mâchoire mobile (6), lesquelles sont respectivement connectées auxdits bras (3a, 3b) du cadre de support (3), et peuvent se refermer sur le plan de symétrie médian. Un outil (26) peut être actionné dans une direction axiale par rapport au tuyau (2) maintenu par la pince (4).
