Molecule comprising a plurality of repeat patterns, especially of the KPR type, which are recognizable by an ectoprotein (on the cell surface) in particular by the CD26 receptor (also known as the DPPIV enzyme). Said patterns are all carried by a peptide matrix enabling their multiple presentation to the enzyme and having an affinity for the latter. Said molecule is the active ingredient of a composition inhibiting the entry of HIV in cells, in particular, for the treatment of a retrovirus-induced infection.

L'invention concerne une molécule comportant une pluralité des motifs répétés, notamment du type KPR, susceptibles d'être reconnus par une ectoprotéine (à la surface des cellules) notamment par le récepteur CD26 (encore appelé enzyme DPPIV) ces motifs étant tous portés par une matrice peptidique autorisant leur présentation multiple à l'enzyme et présentant une affinité pour celle-ci. Cette molécule constitue le principe actif d'une composition inhibant l'entrée de HIV dans des cellules, notamment pour le traitement d'une infection due à ce rétrovirus.
