A multispindle machine tool, characterized in that outside cylindrical members (19) having a plurality of spindles (2) and fixed to a support frame (3b) are inserted into the center holes (2c) of the spindles, a mist generator (22) for generating lubricant mist in the spindles and inside cylindrical members (20) having the mist generator fixed to the tip thereof are installed on the inside of the outside cylindrical members so as to be withdrawn the outside cylindrical members held in fixed state so that, under the installed state, the mist generator can generate the lubricant mist since compressed air and liquid lubricant are separately fed from the outsides of the spindles thereto through the outside cylindrical members and the inside cylindrical members and the inside cylindrical members and, under the withdrawn state, the lubricant mist is fed from the outsides to the insides of the spindles through the outside cylindrical members to jet out the mist from the tips of the cutters fixed to the tips of the spindles, whereby a mist generation system can be changed from an internal mist generating system to an external mist feed system by a simple operation, and the optimization operation for the flow of the jetted lubricant mist can be performed rapidly at a row cost.
L'invention concerne une machine-outil multibroches caractérisée en ce que des éléments cylindriques externes (19) à plusieurs broches (2) fixés sur un cadre support (3b) sont introduits dans les trous centraux (2c) des broches, et un dispositif générateur de brume (22) servant à produire une brume lubrifiante dans les broches et les éléments cylindriques internes (20) à l'extrémité desquels se trouve ledit dispositif générateur, ladite machine-outil et ledit dispositif étant installés à l'intérieur des éléments cylindriques externes, de manière à être rétractés avec les éléments cylindriques externes maintenus en position fixe. Ainsi, en position fixe, le dispositif de générateur de brume peut produire de la brume lubrifiante, étant donné que de l'air comprimé et du lubrifiant liquide sont acheminés séparément des parties externes des broches à travers les éléments cylindriques externes et les éléments cylindriques internes. Et, en position rétractée, la brume lubrifiante est acheminée des parties externes vers les parties internes des broches à travers les éléments cylindriques externes, de manière à faire gicler la brume des embouts des organes de coupe fixés sur les embouts des broches. On peut modifier un système de génération de brume pour le faire passer d'un système de génération de brume interne en un système d'alimentation en brume externe par le biais d'une opération simple, et on peut réaliser l'opération d'optimisation du flux de la brume lubrifiante par giclage, rapidement et à moindre coût.
