The invention discloses the multistage cooling of an aircraft electronic system (2) with at least one electronic component which delivers heat. The multistage feature results from the use of a plurality of circuits for transferring the waste heat. An internal coolant (14) circulating in a closed circuit which is thermally coupled to the electronic component carries heat from the at least one electronic component to a heat exchanger (6) which delivers the heat to an external coolant which flows and/or circulates from a source outside of the aircraft electronic system (2) through the heat exchanger (6) to a sink outside of the aircraft electronic system (2). The internal coolant flows from the heat exchanger (6) in the direction of the at least one electronic component and/or circulates in a closed circuit.

L'invention concerne un circuit de refroidissement multi-étages d'un système électronique (2) d'aéronef, comprenant au moins un composant électronique dégageant de la chaleur. La configuration multi-étage résulte de l'utilisation d'une pluralité de circuits pour le transfert de la chaleur résiduelle. Un fluide de refroidissement (14) interne circulant en circuit fermé couplé thermiquement au composant électrique, transporte la chaleur depuis le ou les composants électroniques jusque dans un échangeur de chaleur (6) lequel transfère la chaleur dans un liquide de refroidissement externe qui s'écoule et/ou circule entre une source située à l'extérieur du système électronique (2) de l'aéronef en passant à travers l'échangeur de chaleur, et un dissipateur situé à l'extérieur du système électronique (2) de l'aéronef. Le flluide de refroidissement interne s'écoule depuis l'échangeur de chaleur (6) en direction du ou des composants électroniques et/ou circule dans un circuit fermé.
