The present invention provides a pharmaceutical agent or composition useful as a muscle-strengthening drug, an anti-inflammatory drug, an antiasthmatic, an antidiarrheal, an antidepressant, or a drug for the treatment of secondary diseases following cerebral infarction, motor paralysis, diminution of vision, hepatitis, inflammatory intestinal syndrome, functional enteropathy, functional cardiopathy, functional hepatopathy, functional nephropathy, dementia, climacteric symptoms, senile dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease, and a dermatological agent or composition suitable for skin applications, which can treat or prevent muscle weakening and inflammation. The agent or composition according to the invention comprises isoflavone and/or isoflavone glycoside in combination with a pungent substance, a bitter substance or a sour substance, and cholic acid, and/or scymnol and/or a scymnol ester.
La présente invention porte sur un agent pharmaceutique ou une préparation utile comme agent renforçant les muscles, anti-inflammatoire, agent antiasthmatique, médicament antidiarrhée, antidépresseur ou un agent traitant une maladie secondaire à un infarctus cérébral, à une paralysie motrice, à une baisse de la vision, à l'hépatite, à une maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin, à une entéropathie, à une cardiopathie, à une hépatopathie, à une néphropathie, à la démence, aux symptômes liés à la ménopause, à la démence sénile et/ou à la maladie d'Alzheimer et un agent dermatologique ou une préparation destinée à une application cutanée, qui peut traiter ou prévenir la faiblesse musculaire et l'inflammation. L'agent ou la préparation de l'invention contient de l'isoflavone et/ou une isoflavone glycosylée en association avec une substance âpre, amère ou aigre, de l'acide cholique et/ou du scymnol et/ou un ester de scymnol.
