The invention is related to the field of immunotherapy, and concerns novel ligands for the CD4 molecule, mutant Fab 13B8.2 fragments of the CD4 antibody binding the CD4 molecule and comprising a mutation of at least one residue in a position located in the variable domain V<SB>H</SB> of the heavy chain and/or in a position located in the variable domain V¿.kappa.? of the light chain. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions containing said ligands for treating pathologies wherein the CD4 molecule is involved.
L'invention appartient au domaine de l'immunothérapie, elle concerne de nouveaux ligands pour la molécule CD4, des fragments Fab mutants de l'anticorps anti-CD4, 13B8.2 liant la molécule CD4 et comportant une mutation d'au moins un résidu dans une position située dans le domaine variable VH de la chaîne lourde et/ou dans une position située dans le domaine variable V.kappa. de la chaîne légère.
