The present invention relates to a structure made of at least one layer containing a polyamide MXD.10 / Z in which: MXD. 10 is the product of condensation of a blend of xylylenediamines containing 70 to 100% of meta- xylylenediamine and of sebacic acid, Z is a repeating unit chosen at least among the repeating units resulting from the polycondensation of a lactam monomer, from an alpha-omega carboxylic aminoacid, the repeating unit Xl . Yl where Xl designates the repeating unit resulting from the polycondensation an aliphatic, arylaliphatic, cycloapiphatic, or aromatic diamine and Yl designates the repeating unit resulting from the polycondensation of a aliphatic carboxylic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic diacid, and the weight ratio Z/(MXD+10+Z) is between 0 and 15%. The structure of the invention can either be made of one layer of this polyamide or either can contain a layer containing the polyamide MXD.10 and at least one layer of another material. The invention also relates to bottles, tanks, containers, pipes, tubes and many types of containment devices made using the previous structure. This structure can also be used into films to produce goods packaging. All these objects have good barrier properties. The invention also relates to these objects as well as the use of these structures and objects.
La présente invention concerne une structure constituée d'au moins une couche renfermant un polyamide MXD.10 / Z, dans laquelle MXD. 10 est le produit de la condensation d'un mélange de xylylènediamines contenant entre 70 et 100 % de méta-xylylènediamine et d'acide sébacique, Z représente une unité de répétition choisie au moins parmi les unités de répétition résultant de la polycondensation provenant d'un monomère de lactam, d'un acide aminé carboxylique alpha-omega, l'unité de répétition Xl . Yl dans laquelle XI désigne l'unité de répétition provenant de la polycondensation d'une diamine aliphatique, arylaliphatique, cycloapiphatique ou aromatique et Yl désigne l'unité de répétition résultant de la polycondensation d'un diacide aliphatique carboxylique, cycloaliphatique ou aromatique et le rapport pondéral Z/(MXD+10+Z) se situe entre 0 et 15 %. La structure décrite dans cette invention peut être constituée d'une couche de ce polyamide ou peut contenir une couche renfermant le polyamide MXD.10 et au moins une couche d'une autre matière. Ladite invention a, également, pour objet des bouteilles, des réservoirs, des contenants, des tuyaux, des tubes et plusieurs types de dispositifs à contenance élaborés pour produire des emballages de produits. Tous ces objets possèdent de bonnes propriétés de barrière. Cette invention a, aussi, trait aux objets, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de ces structures et objets.
