The present invention provides the compound N-[4-(3-chloro -4-fluoro- phenylamino) -7-(3-morpholin -4-yl-propoxy) -quinazolin-6- yl]-acrylamide that is an irreversible inhibitor of tyrosine kinases. Also provided is a method of treating cancer, restenosis, atherosclerosis, endometriosis, and psoriasis using the compound N-[4-(3-chloro -4-fluoro-phenylamino) -7-(3-morpholin -4-yl- propoxy) -quinazolin -6-yl]-acrylamide, and a pharmaceutical composition that contains the compound N-[4-(3-chloro -4-fluoro-phenylamino) -7-(3-morpholin -4- yl-propoxy) -quinazolin-6-yl] -acrylamide.
La présente invention concerne le composé N-[4-(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phénylamino)-7-(3-morpholine-4-yle-propoxy)-quinazoline-6-yle]-acrylamide, qui est un inhibiteur irréversible des tyrosine kinases. Cette invention concerne également un procédé pour traiter le cancer, la resténose, l'athérosclérose, l'endométriose, et le psoriasis, ce procédé étant basé sur l'utilisation dudit composé N-[4-(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phénylamino)-7-(3-morpholine-4-yle-propoxy)-quinazoline-6-yle]-acrylamide.
