The invention relates to N-alkylglycine trimeres (I), wherein R1 represents 2- (2,4-dichlorophenyl)ethyl, 3-methyl-butyl, 2-(methylcarbonylamino)ethyl, 2-(N- imidazolyl)ethyl or 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl; R2 represents 2-(2,4- dichlorophenyl)ethyl, 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl, 3,3-diphenylpropyl or 3-(N,N- diethylamino)propyl and R3 represents N,N-diethyl-aminopropyl, 3,3-diphenyl- propyl or 2-[2-(N-methyl)pyrrolidinyl]ethyl. Said trimeres are capable of blocking the ionic channels that are activated by exogenous chemical substances, heat stimuli or inflammation mediators such as nociceptors VR1 and glutamate ionotropic receptors and are useful for treating disorders mediated by the activity of said receptors.

L'invention concerne des trimères de N-Alkylglycine représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle R¿1? représente 2-(2,4-dichlorophényl)éthyle, 3-méthyl-butyle, 2-(méthylcarbonylamino)éthyle, 2-(N-imidazolyl)éthyle ou 3-(N,N-diméthylamino)propyle; R¿2? représente 2-(2,4-dichlorophényl)éthyle, 2-(4-méthoxyphényl)éthyle, 3,3-diphénylpropyle ou 3-(N,N-diéthylamino)propyle; et R¿3? représente N,N-diéthyl-aminopropyle, 3,3-diphényl-propyle ou 2-[2-(N-méthyl)pyrrolidinyl]éthyle. Ces trimères sont capables de bloquer les canaux ioniques qui sont activés par des substances chimiques exogènes, par des stimuli thermiques ou par des médiateurs de l'inflammation, tels que les nocicepteurs VR1 les récepteurs ionotropiques de glutamate. En outre, ces trimères sont utiles pour le traitement de troubles induits par l'activité desdits récepteurs.
