The invention relates to compounds of the following formulas: Image Image Image wherein: Z represents a glycosyl radical, R1 and R2, identical or different, represent an alkyl radical with C1-C4 or a hydroxyalkyl radical with C2-C4, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl radical with C1-C4, R4-C=O is an aliphatic acyl radical, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated with C2-C22, X represents a halogen atom or group of the formula SO3-O-R3, R3 being necessarily an alkyl radical as defined previously, n is a whole number from 1 to 4. The compounds of the formula (III) are obtained from the compounds of the formula (II) and the compounds of formula (II) are obtained from the compounds of formula (I). The compounds of formula (I), (II) and (III) are used as hair conditioning agents, wetting or crushing agents, flocculating or precipitation agents and pigment dispersants.
L'invention a pour objet des composés de formules: Image Image Image dans laquelle: Z représente un radical glycosyle, R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent un radical alkyle en C1-C4 ou hydroxyalkyle en C2-C4, R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C4, R4-C=O est un radical acyle aliphatique, linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé en C2-C22, X représente un atome d'halogène ou un groupe de formule SO3-O-R3, R3 étant nécessairement un radical alkyle tel que défini ci-avant, n est un nombre entier de 1 à 4. Les composés de formule (III) sont obtenus à partir des composés de formule (II), les composés de formule (II) à partir des composés de formule (I). Les composés de formule (I), (II) et (III) sont utilisés notamment comme agents de conditionnement du cheveu, adjuvants de mouillage ou de broyage, comme agents de floculation ou de précipitation et comme dispersants de pigments.
