Abstract of the Disclosure A water-dispersible resin formed from polyepoxides and N-heterocyclic compounds and containing onium salt groups is disclosed. The resins can be dispersed or dissolved in water, and can be applied to a wide variety of different substrates by electrodeposition, depositing on the cathode to provide superior corrosion resistant coatings.
