ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Dialkyl-p-phenylenediamine compositons are described selected from the group consisting of N-isopropyl-N'-5-methyl-3- heptyl-p-phenylenediamine, N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N'-1,4-dimethyly- pentyl-p-phenylenediamine and mixtures comprising first component of symetrical N,N'-di(sec-hexyl)-p-phenylene- diamine in less than 50% by weight of the total compostion, second component of unsymetrical N-(sec-hexyl)-N'-(sec-alkyl)- p-phenylenediamine having 7 or 8 carbon atoms in said sec-alkyl in amount greater than the first component and third component of symmetrical N,N'-di(sec-alkyl)-p-phenylenediamine having 7 or 8 carbon atoms in each alkyl group which compositiongs are useful for preservation of organic materials. -1-
