The invention relates to N protein fusion proteins of interest, possibly in the form of N protein protein of interest/P protein soluble complexes, the N and P proteins being proteins of a virus in the Paramyxoviridae family. When the protein of interest is an antigen, the invention also relates to vaccine compositions and reagents of the diagnostic comprising these N protein-antigen fusion proteins or these N protein-antigen/P protein complexes. The N protein-protein of interest fusion may also be used as a 'vector' to transport therapeutic molecules of interest in the cells, such as antiviral or anticancer molecules.
L'invention concerne des protéines de fusion protéine N-protéine d'intérêt, éventuellement sous forme de complexes solubles protéine N-protéine d'intérêt/protéine P, les protéines N et P étant des protéines d'un virus de la famille des Paramyxoviridae. Lorsque la protéine d'intérêt est un antigène, l'invention concerne également des compositions vaccinales et des réactifs du diagnostic comprenant ces protéines de fusion protéine N-antigène ou ces complexes protéine N-antigène/protéine P. La fusion protéine N-protéine d'intérêt peut également être utilisée comme " vecteur " pour transporter, dans les cellules, des molécules d'intérêt thérapeutiques tels que des antiviraux ou des anticancéreux.
