N-substituted 2-amino-thiazoles, process for their preparation and their therapeutic application ABSTRACT The subject of the invent;on is N-substituted 2- aminothiazoles of formula Image (I) in which: X is a C-H group or a nitrogen atom, R1 and R2 are , independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or an alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkenyloxy, cycloalkyl, trifluoromethyl, nitro, amino, (C1-C6 alkyl)amino or di(C1-C6 alkyl)-amino radi- cal, and R3 is a hydrogen atom, a -CH2-OH group or a -COOR4 group, R4 being a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and also the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds have an anti-inflammatory and antiallergic activity and can be used in therapy, especi- ally in the ocular field. Fig. NONE
