The invention concerns compounds represented by general formula (I) wherein: Z represents a sulphur or oxygen atom; the groups R1 and R2, identical or different, represent each an alkyl group or an alkenyl group; X represents a CO, a CO¿2?, an SO or and SO¿2? and the group R represents an alkyl, aryl, alkenyl or aralkyl group, provided that when Z represents an oxygen atom, X an SO¿2? and R a group (a), R1 and R2 do not both represent the methyl group. The invention also concerns methods for preparing said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as promoter of .gamma.-aminobutyric acid and as medicine particularly designed for treating nervous disorders.
La présente invention a pour objet les composés représentés par la formule générale (I) dans laquelle: Z représente un atome de soufre ou d'oxygène, les groupes R1 et R2, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents l'un de l'autre, représentent chacun un groupe alkyle ou un groupe alcényle; X représente un CO, un CO2, un SO ou un SO2; et le groupe R représente un groupe alkyle, aryle, alcényle ou aralkyle, à condition que lorsque Z représente un atome d'oxygène, X un SO2 et R un groupe (a), R1 et R2 ne représentent pas tous les deux le groupe méthyl. Elle concerne également leur préparation, les compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant et leur utilisation comme stimulant de l'activité de l'acide .gamma.-aminobutyrique et comme médicament destiné de préférence au traitement des troubles nerveux.
