Abstract of Disclosure N-substituted polyglycidyl urazole compounds of the general formula Image (I) in which the radicals R represent a glycidyl radical corresponding to the following general formula Image (II) wherein R1 represents hydrogen or an alkyl radical. containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or two of the radicals R represent a glycidyl radical of general formula II whilst the remaining radical R is a radical Z containing carbon, hydrogen and, optionally, heteroatoms, have a strong cytostatic activity, which makes them useful in the treatment of various forms of leukaemia and malignant neoplasms.
