The present invention discloses N2-quinolyl or isoquinolyl substituted purine derivatives, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The compounds of the invention have the characteristic of lower toxicity, broad anticancer spectrum, higher anticancer activity, good stability and the like. The compounds are useful for the manufacture of an antitumor medicament. The present invention also discloses a process for preparing these compounds.

Les composés de l'invention ont la caractéristique d~une toxicité inférieure, d~un large spectre anticancéreux, d~une activité anticancéreuse plus élevée, d~une bonne stabilité et analogues. Les composés sont utiles pour la fabrication d'un médicament antitumoral. La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation de ces composés.
