The present invention relates to a nanoemulsion comprising at least one aqueous component and a carrier, wherein the carrier comprises at least one lipophilic component, at least one surfactant and at least one alcohol, characterised in that at least one alcohol has at leat three carson atoms. The present invention further relates to a composition comprising said nanoemulsion and an active agent. In particular, the composition is present as a gel and the active agent is 5-aminolevulinic acid, a derivative, precursor and/or metabolite thereof. The invention further relates to the preparation of said nanoemulsion and/or composition and to their use for the treatment of dermatological diseases, virus-associated diseases as well as diseases associated with cell proliferation, in particular, tumor diseases and/or psoriasis. The present invention is further directed to the use of said nanoemulsion in cosmetics.
Cette invention se rapporte à une nanoémulsion comprenant au moins un composant aqueux et un excipient, ledit excipient comportant au moins un composant lipophile, au moins un tensioactif et au moins un alcool. L'invention a également trait à une composition comprenant ladite nanoémulsion et un agent actif. En particulier, la composition est présente sous forme de gel et l'agent actif est l'acide 5-aminolévulinique, un dérivé, un précurseur et/ou un métabolite de celui-ci. L'invention concerne par ailleurs la préparation de ladite nanoémulsion et/ou de ladite composition et leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies cutanées, de maladies virales, ainsi que de maladies associées à la prolifération cellulaire, en particulier les maladies tumorales, et/ou le psoriasis. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ladite nanoémulsion en cosmétologie.
