The present invention relates to a nanoparticle conjugate comprising a nanoparticle conjugated to a plurality of peptides of a substantially similar amino acid sequence, a peptide conjugated to the nanoparticle by means of a Cysteine (C) residue and the nanoparticle conjugate further comprising a ligand attached to the peptide and additionally an identification means. The present invention also relates to method of producing the nanoparticle conjugate.
L'invention concerne des conjugués de nanoparticules comprenant une nanoparticule conjuguée à une pluralité de peptides d'une séquence d'aminoacides sensiblement similaires, un peptide conjugué à une nanoparticule au moyen d'un reste de cystéine (C). Le conjugué de nanoparticules comprend, de plus, un liant fixé au peptide et éventuellement des moyens d'identification. L'invention concerne, en outre, un procédé pour produire le conjugué de nanoparticules de l'invention.
