The invention concerns nanoparticles containing at least one active principle, characterised in that they comprise the combination of at least a polymer, preferably a poly(alkylcyanoacrylate) wherein the alkyl group, linear or branched, comprises 1 to 12 carbon atoms and at least a compound capable of complexing said active principle. The invention also concerns the method for preparing said nanoparticles.

L'invention a pour objet des nanoparticules contenant au moins un principe actif, caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent l'association d'au moins un polymère, de préférence un poly(cyanoacrylate d'alkyle) dans lequel le groupe alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié, comprend de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone, et d'au moins un composé apte à complexer ledit principe actif. L'invention concerne aussi le procédé de préparation de ces nanoparticules.
