The invention relates to nanoparticles comprising a matrix containing at least one polysaccharide as well as the peptide P140 having the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or an analog thereof, said polysaccharide preferably being a polysaccharide bearing one or more negatively-charged functional groups. The invention also relates to a carrier for oral administration that comprises a carrier including at least one nanoparticle as defined above and either containing or not containing a dispersant.
