A nano-porous inorganic material which comprises a skeleton structure comprising an inorganic material and, formed in the inside thereof, a large number of fine pores, and exhibits three-dimensional high regularity, wherein it has a pore diameter of 0.5 to 5 nm at the peak of a pore diameter distribution as determined from a nitrogen adsorption isotherm, and exhibits a half width of an X-ray diffraction peak for (100) plane of 1 (2.theta./degree) or less.
La présente invention concerne une matière inorganique nanoporeuse qui comprend une structure de squelette constituée d'une matière inorganique et, d'un grand nombre de pores fins formés à l'intérieur de cette dernière, et qui présente une forte régularité dans les trois dimensions. Le diamètre des pores se situe entre 0,5 et 5 nm au niveau d'un maxima du diamètre des pores tel que déterminé par un isotherme d'adsorption d'azote et présente une demi-largeur d'un pic de diffraction des rayons X pour (100) un plan de 1 (2.theta./degré) ou moins.
