The invention discloses a catalytic reforming system and a method thereof. The system comprises a heating device and a reaction device and is characterized in that the reaction device (2-1, 2-2) is connected with a high-pressure separator (4); the high- pressure separator (4) is connected with a stabilizer system (6); the lower part of the stabilizer system (6) is connected with an extraction system (8) through a pipeline; the extraction system (8) is connected with a raffinate oil cutting system (7) through a pipeline on one hand, the middle part of the raffinate oil cutting system (7) is connected with another reaction device (2-3, 2-4) through a pipeline and the heating device (1-3, 1-4); coal oil is directly recovered by the lower part of the raffinate oil cutting system (7) through a pipeline; and the other end of the third reaction device is connected with the high-pressure separator through a pipeline. The catalytic reforming system and the method thereof have the advantages of high treatment capacity, liquid yield, aromatic hydrocarbon yield and hydrogen output.
La présente invention concerne un système de production massive d'hydrocarbure aromatique à partir de naphte, ce système comprenant des appareils chauffants et des réacteurs. Les réacteurs (2-1, 2-2) sont reliés à un séparateur à haute pression (4). Le séparateur à haute pression (4) est relié à un système stabilisateur (6). La partie basse du système stabilisateur (6) est reliée par un conduit à système d'extraction (8). Le système d'extraction (8) est relié par un conduit à une colonne de fractionnement (7) séparant de l'huile le produit raffiné. Le milieu de la colonne de fractionnement (7) est relié à d'autres réacteurs (2-3, 2-4) par des conduits et des appareils chauffants (1-3, 1-4). Le kérosène est soutiré au niveau du pied de colonne (7) au moyen d'un conduit. Les autres extrémités des autres réacteurs (2-3, 2-4) sont reliées par des conduits au séparateur à haute pression (4). L'invention concerne également un procédé de production massive d'hydrocarbure aromatique à partir de naphte. Le système et le procédé améliorent grandement la capacité de traitement, le rendement en produits liquides, le rendement en hydrocarbures aromatiques, et le rendement en hydrogène.
