A nasal dilator comprising a backing substrate having a first face and a second face. On the first face, there is provided a fibrous pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that comprises an entangled web of pressure-sensitive adhesive fibers. The fibrous adhesive layer has a moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) of at least 1000 g/m2/day, and an adhesion to skin of at least 20 g/2.5 cm. On the second face of the backing, there is provided a resilient spring which extends along the length of the backing and is attached to at least two end regions of the backing. The fibrous adhesive layer provides for a nasal dilator that can be repeatedly attached to a wearer's nose with minimal levels of skin damage or trauma upon removal and increased levels of comfort while being used.
L'invention concerne un dilatateur nasal qui comprend un substrat support présentant une première face et une seconde face. On applique sur la première face une couche adhésive fibreuse autocollante comportant une bande enchevêtrée de fibres adhésives autocollantes. La couche adhésive fibreuse présente une perméabilité à l'humidité (MVTR) d'au moins 1000 g/m<2>/jour et une adhérence à la peau d'au moins 20 g/2,5 cm. On pose sur la seconde face du support un ressort élastique qui s'étend sur la longueur du support et on le fixe à au moins deux zones d'extrémité du support. La couche adhésive fibreuse est utilisée dans un dilatateur nasal qui peut être collé et décollé plusieurs fois sur le nez d'un utilisateur sans endommager à peine la peau ou provoquer des lésions au moment du retrait ce qui augmente la sensation de confort pendant son utilisation.
