Pernasal preparations characterized by containing a compound of general formula (I) having an Na/H exchange inhibiting activity or a salt thereof exhibit excellent bioabsorbability and an Na/H exchange inhibiting activity superior to those of peroral preparations, thus being useful as preventive and/or therapeutic agents for ischemic heart diseases such as myocardial infarct and arrhythmia: wherein A is an optionally substituted five- or six- membered aromatic heterocycle; B is an optionally substituted five- or six- membered aromatic homo- or hetero-cycle; R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, or lower alkyl; and n is 0 or 1.

Cette invention concerne des préparations à administrer par voie nasale caractérisées en ce qu'elles renferment un composé de la formule (I) présentant une activité inhibitrice des échanges Na/H ou un sel de ce composé. Ces préparations, qui présentent une excellente biostabilité et une activité inhibitrice des échanges Na/H supérieure à celle de préparations per os, sont donc utiles en tant qu'agents préventifs et/ou thérapeutiques des cardiopathies ischémiques telles que l'infarctus du myocarde et l'arythmie cardiaque. Dans la formule (I), A représente un hétérocycle aromatique éventuellement substitué à cinq ou six éléments; B représente un homo- ou hétérocycle éventuellement substitué à cinq ou six éléments; R1 est hydrogène, hydroxyle, ou alkyle inférieur : et n vaut 0 ou 1.
