ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides for modification of natural oxide or silicate fillers with sulphur-containing organo- silicon compounds which are insoluble in water. For this pur- pose the fillers are transferred into an aqueous suspension and treated with the organosilicon compounds when required in the presence of an emulsifier.
