A navigation device, operation control device, operation control method, and operation control program capable of shortening the time from power-on to the activation of an HDD in such a device as right or wrong of the activation of the HDD is determined by atmospheric information or the like. The operation control device for controlling the operation of the HDD by giving a command to the HDD is characterized by comprising a recording means for recording previous time ending information indicating whether or not the operation of the operation control device is normally ended by the previous time power-off and an operation control means for referencing the recorded previous-time ending information when the operation of the operation control device is started by power-on and, if the operation thereof is normally ended, giving an operation start command to the HDD.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de navigation, un dispositif de commande de fonctionnement, un procédé de commande de fonctionnement et un programme de commande de fonctionnement capable de raccourcir le temps de la mise sous tension à l'activation d'un lecteur de disque dur (HDD) dans un dispositif tel qu'un succès ou un échec de l'activation du HDD est déterminé par des informations atmosphériques ou similaires. Le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement pour commander le fonctionnement du HDD en donnant une instruction au HDD est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens d'enregistrement pour enregistrer des informations de fin de temps précédent indiquant si ou non le fonctionnement du dispositif de commande de fonctionnement est terminé normalement par la mise hors tension de temps précédent et des moyens de commande de fonctionnement pour référencer les informations de fin de temps précédent enregistrées lorsque le fonctionnement du dispositif de commande de fonctionnement est démarré par une mise sous tension et, si le fonctionnement de celui-ci est terminé normalement, donner une instruction de début de fonctionnement au HDD.
