Atomizer for a ventilation machine with a ventilator (100), comprising a body (1, 2) with a first connection (10) for connecting the atomizer to a ventilator (100) and a second connection (31) for connecting the atomizer to a line (103) leading to a patient, wherein the body forms a flow channel from the first connection (10) to the second connection (31); and an atomizing device (3) for atomizing a fluid; characterized in that the atomizing device (3) is disposed between the first connection (10) and the second connection (31) in the flow channel and adapted so that the fluid can be atomized substantially parallel to, and preferably in, the flow direction from the first connection to the second connection.
L'invention concerne un nébuliseur destiné à un dispositif d'assistance respiratoire comprenant un respirateur (100). Le nébuliseur selon l'invention comprend un corps (1, 2) muni d'un premier raccord (10) pour le raccordement du nébuliseur au respirateur (100), ainsi que d'un deuxième raccord (31) pour le raccordement du nébuliseur à une conduite (103) allant à un patient, le corps formant un conduit d'écoulement du premier raccord (10) au deuxième raccord (31). Le nébuliseur selon l'invention comprend également un dispositif de nébulisation (3) pour la nébulisation d'un fluide. Le nébuliseur selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nébulisation (3) est conçu et placé entre le premier raccord (10) et le deuxième raccord (30) dans le conduit d'écoulement de sorte que le fluide peut être nébulisé pratiquement parallèlement au sens d'écoulement du premier raccord au deuxième raccord et de préférence dans le sens d'écoulement du premier raccord au deuxième raccord.
