ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a neck and throat protector comprising first and second arms for releasably wrapping around the neck and a downwardly hanging flap for covering the throat. Each of the arms is provided with mating VELCRO TM securing components for overlapping one another when in the securing position with the VELCRO securing components being horizontally extended on at least one of the arms for adjusting to different neck sizes.
