A needle loom including a support (1) and a stripper (2) defining a path for a fibre lap (3). A needle board (7) supported by sliding shanks (11) moves back and forth between a maximum penetration position (7a) and a retracted position (7b), by means of a connecting rod/crank assembly including a connecting rod (19) hingedly connected to the sliding shank (11). The shank is guided by slide bearings (13, 14) secured to a mounting (41) which is angularly adjustable about the shank axis (12) so that the axis of ovality can be moved periodically relative to the main direction in which lateral stress is exerted on the bearings as a result of the angular displacement of the connecting rod (19). The service life of the bearings may thus be extended, while reducing maintenance requirements.

L'aiguilleteuse comprend un support (1) et un débourreur (2) définissant un trajet pour une nappe de fibres (3). Une planche à aiguilles (7) supportée par des tiges coulissantes (11) effectue un mouvement de va et vient entre une position de pénétration maximale (7a) et une position de retrait (7b) au moyen d'un dispositif bielle-manivelle comprenant une bielle (19) articulée à la tige coulissante (11). La tige est guidée par des paliers de coulissement (13, 14). Les paliers (13, 14) sont solidaires d'une monture (41) qui est réglable angulairement autour de l'axe (12) de la tige pour permettre de déplacer périodiquement l'axe d'ovalisation par rapport à la direction principale des efforts latéraux subis par ces paliers en raison du débattement angulaire de la bielle (19). Utilisation pour prolonger la vie des paliers et réduire les opérations de maintenance.
