A needle remover (2) for removing a needle (3) from a holder (4) comprises a guiding member (8) which is suitable for receiving the needle (3), and a gripping means (31) which is suitable for gripping the needle (3) when the needle (3) is at least partly inserted in the guiding member (8) in an inserting direction (22), wherein the gripping means (31) is configured to rotate when the gripping means (31) is moved in the inserting direction (22) with respect to the guiding member (8) so that the gripped needle (3) is unscrewed from the holder (4) when the holder (4) is moved in the inserting direction (22) with respect to the guiding member (8).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de retrait d'aiguille (2) pour retirer une aiguille (3) d'un manchon (4).
