The present invention relates to a manifold unit (1) for supplying casting material in an injection moulding system for processing thermoplastic polymers via a hot runner system with at least one needle valve nozzle (2) which can be sealed by a shut-off needle (3). In this case, the shut-off needle can be moved by a hydraulic or pneumatic drive system. The needle valve nozzle has a first longitudinal axis (L1) and the drive system, which has a piston (13, 14), has a second longitudinal axis (L2), the first longitudinal axis being arranged parallel to and laterally offset from the second longitudinal axis.
