A needleless microprotrusion system for infusion of a medicament into a patient includes a plurality of microprotrus ions having a length sufficient to penetrate a stratum corneum of the patient. A chemodenervating agent is disposed in a microprotrus ions in a substrate is provided for supporting the microprotrusion and conforming the microprotrusions to a selected patient body part in order to enable uniform penetration of the microprotrusions into the corneum.

La présente invention a pour objet un système de microperfusion sans aiguille permettant d~administrer un médicament à un patient. Ledit système comporte une multitude de microprotubérances dont la longueur est suffisante pour pénétrer le stratum corneum du patient. Un agent chimique désensibilisant est disposé sur un substrat dans lesdites microprotubérances pour accompagner la microperfusion et l~adapter à la partie du corps du patient souhaitée. Ceci permet une pénétration uniforme des microprotubérances dans le corneum.
