A mold for a nerve cuff having a first molding body defining a first molding cavity and a second molding body defining second molding cavity. The first and second molding bodies being mountable to one another thereby providing for the first and second molding cavities to interface. When interfacing the first and second molding cavities and injecting moldable material therebetween provides the nerve cuff following curing of the moldable material. An industrial mold including interfacing first and second cavities is also disclosed. A removable cassette for interposing between a first and a second molding cavity is also disclosed. Methods of making a nerve cuff are disclosed herein. Nerve cuffs produced by the foregoing molds, cassettes, industrial molds and methods are also disclosed.

La présente invention concerne un moule pour un manchon constitué d'un premier corps de moulage définissant une première cavité de moulage et d'un deuxième corps de moulage définissant une deuxième cavité de moulage. Les deux corps de moulage se montant l'un sur l'autre font coïncider entre elles les deux cavités de moulage. Pour réaliser les manchons, on fait coïncider les deux cavités de moulage, on y injecte le matériau de moulage, et on le fait durcir. L'invention concerne également, d'une part un moule industriel faisant coïncider les deux cavités, et d'autre art une cassette amovible s'intercalant entre les deux cavités de moulage. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de fabrication d'un manchon. L'invention concerne enfin les manchons produits par ces moules, les cassettes, les moules industriels et les procédés.
