ABSTRACT A sheet metal structural track having a web and a pair of flanges, with the web having a raised center, and the flanges being slightly inwardly angled, whereby the track can be nested with similar track and the web can expand or contract in width to allow such nesting, and the angled flanges retain the tracks in nested form.
