A nestable, thermoformed plastic container tub has an open top and a closed bottom. The bottom includes an exterior concavity. A plurality of agonic denest lugs is provided, each formed by a depression in the wall extending up from the bottom. The denest lugs form a support for an above-nested tub of like construction. A container lid includes a mufti-tiered protuberance for engaging the exterior concavity of another container tub stacked on top of the container lid. A plurality of denest indentations is formed in the protuberance and configured to abut a below-nested lid of like construction. The lid is perforated by at least one vent hole.
