A system is provided for selecting a cell to which to hand off a user equipment (UE). The system includes a processor programmed to promote evaluation of a plurality of mobility drivers for one or more neighbor cells of a cell serving the UE (user equipment). The processor programmed to promote evaluation of a plurality of groups of mobility drivers based on the evaluations of the mobility drivers, wherein the UE is handed off to one of the cells based on the groups of mobility drivers that are evaluated positively.

L'invention concerne un système permettant de sélectionner une cellule à laquelle transférer un équipement utilisateur (UE). Le système comporte un processeur programmé pour favoriser l'évaluation de plusieurs pilotes de mobilité pour une ou plusieurs cellules voisines d'une cellule desservant l'équipement utilisateur (UE). Le processeur étant programmé pour favoriser l'évaluation de plusieurs groupes de pilotes de mobilité sur la base des évaluations de ces pilotes, l'équipement utilisateur est transféré à l'une des cellules sur la base des groupes de pilotes de mobilité qui sont évalués positivement.
