ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A system defined by a plurality of processors connected over a network, in which a message flowing on the network has a content code to indicate the content of the message. Each processor connected over the network judges whether to receive the message on the basis of the content code. Each processor is capable of prejudging not to receive a message on the basis of only an area of the content code to quickly and efficiently select some of the messages not to be received. In addition, the processors are able to post-judge to determine whether to receive or not receive the remaining messages based upon the remainder of the content code.
